What Does this MRI Result Mean?

My 15 month old daughter recently received the following results from a brain MRI. Could you help us interpret?
Mild degree of the volume loss of both the gray and white matter in the supratentorial cerebral hemispheres with prominent overlying subarachnoid spaces and secondary dilatation of the frontal horns left more than right.
Explanation could be delayed motility of the ventricular system.
